- Daily Baked Goods & Beverages: Light snacks and drinks will be carefully packed and handed over to the driver within 15 to 30 minutes. Depending on the distance, you can enjoy your treat in approximately one hour.
- Whole Cakes & Event Catering: Our cake bases are always freshly baked, and our signature low-sugar cream needs time to set perfectly at a regulated temperature. Please place your order at least 36 hours in advance so we can prepare meticulously and deliver exactly when you need.
Shipping fees are calculated based on the actual rates of our trusted delivery partners, measured from our My Dinh branch to your address. Our customer service team will confirm the exact fee when you finalize your order.

- Specialized Cold Storage: For birthday cakes and chilled pastries, Foremost uses premium mica boxes combined with thermal gel packs. This ensures the cream remains smooth and unaffected by the outdoor heat.
Upon receiving your order, please take a moment to check the condition of the outer packaging.
If the box is heavily dented or the product is deformed due to transit, you may refuse the delivery and call our Hotline immediately.
Foremost will promptly address the issue with the delivery partner and prepare a fresh replacement, ensuring your joy remains uninterrupted.
